CONGRATULATIONS for being voted into the NFA All-Stars. You should be very proud of yourself. You were voted by your peers from other teams you played against during the 2011 season. What a great accomplishment!
The All-Star committee has put together a FANTASTIC weekend for you to celebrate your achievement.
Starting Friday, September 23, we will have a banquet at the Inn on the Lake in Canandaigua, NY. The Inn is a gorgeous lake side resort with beautiful rooms. Please, see the weekend itinerary included.
Now that we know who our All-Stars are, we have to define our teams. It has been determined that everyone, Fist Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention is eligible for a position on the team. To accept your position, you have to fill out the bottom of this letter and mail it back to Ryan Job, NFA Treasurer.

All monies should be received no later than August 16, 2011. Ryan has to order uniforms by August 20 to ensure we have them by game day. In addition, if you want to use a credit card, go to www.fingerlakesimpact.com and click on the Advertising tab at the top. You will find a Pay Now button on that page. Please, add a note with your name, team and that you are paying for your All-Star spot. If using this method, please add $3 to cover the Pay Pal cost so the league will receive the full $100. I will forward the money to Ryan and send you an email with Ryan copied in.
Cost for each player:
$100 will cover your custom uniform (jersey and pants), banquet dinner, awards, breakfast Saturday morning and a VIP pack with all kind of goodies in it!

$50 will cover custom jersey, award and shipping if you can’t make it to the game.
Coaches: there is no cost to Coaches for the All-Star teams.
